 FLASHING PROCEDURE :

• Download the ROM
• Move the file to sdcard
• Reboot to Custom Recovery
• Install via Philz recovery if you want to fall back to stock recovery
• Install via TWRP to stop the restoration of stock recovery 
  (ensure that "MOUNT SYSTEM PARTITION READ-ONLY" is uncheck)
• Backup your current ROM (just in case)
• No need to Wipe DATA (Read FAQ for more details)
• Locate the file and install
• Reboot... It will take about 10-15 minutes so be patient
